Carpets and soft furnishings should be professionally cleaned at least once a year to remove embedded soil thus reducing the wear rate, it is recommended twice a year with households with pets and (or) young families.
CAS Carpet Care takes no responsibility for defects caused by using the stain remover provided. We
insist the Product is tested in an inconspicuous area first. Directions for use are on the bottle provided.

CAS Carpet Care cannot guarantee full stain removal.
CAS Carpet Care recommends any spills larger than 50ml are dealt with by a trained Professional Carpet cleaner such as CAS Carpet Care.
CAS Carpet Care recommends spills such as urine, faeces, vomit, tea, coffee and wine (this is not an
exhausted list) are dealt with using specialist removal techniques by a trained Professional such as CAS Carpet Care.
The water based Protector will break down slowly over time, CAS Carpet Care recommends getting it
reapplied every 12 months with the annual carpet clean as recommended by manufacturers.
